Here are the needed ingredients for ~12 serves:
- 225 grams plain flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 30 grams butter (melted and cooled)
- 300 ml milk
- butter for frying
It’s not rocket science. All you need to remember is that when the top of the pancake begins to bubble it’s time to turn it over and cook till it’s golden brown.
