WE ARE WHAT WE EAT! Food matters! Every 35 days the skin replaces itself and the body makes new cells from the food you eat! What you eat essentially becomes you!
This means that if you eat junk food, unhealthy, greasy, full with sugar, processed, high in calories and low in real quality measures, then for sure you are increasing the risk of health issues and you are actually getting closer to different unwanted diseases!
But you don’t want that to happen, right! So look after yourself and keep an eye on your daily menu! Take care of your body and your body will take care of you!
