1. DON’T STRUGGLE ALONE!

Get into some group where people have the same troubles and goals! Where you’ll have a personal “health” consultant, group sessions, group weightings, where you’ll be motivated by the example and success of others and where for sure you wont quit at the first obstacle that cuts your way to success!

It will cost you some money, but you’ll get results, and most probably a life changing experience!

2. JOIN W-TEAM!

Any Workout Team you prefer: Local gym, spinning class, aerobic, fitness, zumba … you name it! Get into fit surrounding. It’s always easier in a group. Have FUN while getting FIT! Be a part of the team at least 3 times a week (for a start). You’ll be thankful at yourself after some time!

You owe it to yourself, that good feeling, don’t you?

But eat WELL! 5 TIMES A DAY! You don’t have to be hungry never-ever again! That is the secret! When you go on a diet (non-eating-one) you find yourself in moments of absolute hunger; moments when you actually increase your fats and slow down your metabolism! You’re doing it wrong! 

The KEY is: EAT well + DRINK lots of water = SUCCESS for a lifetime!

HEALTHY BODY = 80% Nutrition + 20% Workout
