You only need water and some ice cube trays … The rest is up to you! You can add some fresh strawberries, raspberries, blue berries, grapes, fresh mint leaves, fresh coriander, some orange, lemon … Oh you put whatever you like! You can also play with some fresh edible flowers; such as scented geraniums, nasturtiums, violets, rose petals, pansies, lavender, borage, basil, chiv, etc ..

The procedure is quiet simple. Slice the herbs or fruits and place them in the ice cube tray. Fill them with water, and freeze them for 8-10 hours. When ready, take them out of the freezer and leave them at a room temperature for 2-3 minutes before knocking them out. At the end, just make sure that the selection of fruits or herbs is suitable for the beverage that you plan to serve! Feel free to add them to your favorite cocktail drink for a more colorful and fruity taste!
