We take you back through time to show you the original recipe of a Traditional Italian PIZZA … Mmmmm interested?

Here are the needed Ingredients:
600 ml warm water
1 kg flour
25 gr yeast
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1.5 tbsp salt
2 teaspoons sugar
For the topping:
tomato sauce
mozzarella cheese
basil leaves

And the making process may begin:

Step 1: Sprinkle the yeast into a medium bowl with a warm water and stir until the yeast dissolves. Place the flour on the table into a shape of a volcano. Pour the yeast mixture along with the other ingredients into the center of the flour. Knead everything together until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Step 2: Grease up a bowl with some olive oil and put the dough inside. Turn the dough around so the top is also oiled up. Cover the bowl and put it aside to rest for at least four or five hours.

Step 3: Preheat the oven to about 200 °C. Get your hands for the last time into that soft dough to get rid of any remaining bubbles. Divide it in half and let it rest for a few minutes. Roll each part into a 12 inch circle. Put the dough onto an oiled pizza pan. Add some tomato sauce and brush the edges of the crust with a little bit of olive oil. Bake each pizza for about 10 min. After that add mozzarella cheese on top and put it back into the oven until the crust is browned and the cheese is melted.

Step 4: Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with a few basil leaves.

Voila. Traditional Italian PIZZA is served.
