BEST JUICY Veggie&Hummus Sandwich EVER!

First you’ll eat it with your eyes, then with your smell till the finale comes up. We raise two thumbs up for this delicious VEGGIE sandwich. Nutritionally supported by the layers of veggies, complemented by the fiber and the protein of the avocado and the creamy hummus that will give you the fuel you need to start up your day …



2 slices of sprouted whole-grain bread
2 tablespoons hummus
3 thin slices of cucumber
2 thin slices of tomato
3 slices of avocado
1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
1/4 cup grated carrots

Toast your bread and spread one tablespoon of hummus on each slice of bread. Layer up the veggies and voila, BREAKFAST is SERVED!
