Are you up for a new BREAKFAST recipe? One that it’s creative, delicious and fast! Well it’s time to make some EGG CLOUDS!
The needed ingredients are:
- 8 eggs
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then form them into little cloud nests to hold the egg yolks. Bake until the egg whites turn golden brown and the yolk sets slightly. Oh yeah, it’s time to serve it …
For an even more flavorful treat, add one or more of your favorite ingredients to the beaten whites before baking. Add some bacon or sausage, onion or bell peppers seasoned with fresh herbs might do the trick.
